Dr. Kerry Luke is an Erie resident and clinical psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience and mother who is passionate about helping older teens and adults learn to have better relationships with themselves (body and mind) and others, through psychotherapy, coaching, and cultivating ultimate self-care. Gretchen Kahre is a Colorado native, longtime Erie resident and seasoned mental health counselor with 35 years of experience. Gretchen founded Downtown Erie Counseling as a means to provide the community with expert mental health care that supports women 40 and older navigating life transitions including peri-menopause, menopause, care for aging parents and adult sibling relationships. She loves being part of the Erie Wellness Collective and the Downtown Erie Business community! 

Amanda Wurst is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner and operator of Solace Counseling. She and her group of therapists have been based out of Erie and providing care to the community for several years. Amanda and her therapists bring in a breadth of specialty including: perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health, trauma, couple’s counseling, adolescent therapy and life transition/activating change. Solace Counseling’s mission is to destigmatize mental health. As a group, they are able to increase the community’s awareness and access to mental health care. Collectively, they are allies to underrepresented groups, and desire and welcome all into their care. 

It’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m a mom in my 40’s, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, ceramics artist, yogi, and menopause expert. It has been my privilege over the past 20 years to partner with tens of thousands of incredible humans through life changing transitions and healing journeys of all kinds. I noticed a repeated theme start to arise over the years. This conversation started something like this. I’m sitting across from someone on the brink of tears telling me “I think something is seriously wrong. I’m gaining weight, always tired, snapping at my partner, and my focus is gone. I feel like I’m going crazy!” I look back, hand over the tissues and tell them, “You aren’t alone and you are not crazy. I can help.” The tears flow and relief is palpable.  

I realized how little perimenopause and menopause was being talked about, how few health care providers really felt comfortable treating the symptoms, and how much unnecessary fear that created. I made it my mission to help and change that. After pouring over the research, attending menopause and sexual health conferences across the country, and networking with rock star pioneers in the field, Vital was born.  

Beauty is finding confidence in your own skin and I am grateful to assist you in your journey. As a licensed aesthetician of 9 years I have dedicated myself with ongoing training and certifications in order to serve my clients with the latest aesthetic treatments and protocols. Heather is a Colorado native and has been a licensed esthetician since 2010. She's built her career practicing clinical skin care, eyelash extensions and although still dabbles in both, she now focuses on permanent make-up. Whether you are interested in having beautiful, full and perfectly manicured eyebrows, or want to extend your lip color to reach all the way to their border, Heather will provide you with a beautiful and natural look. Helping women look and feel their best is one of the reasons she's stayed so happy in her career, her services may evolve and change, but making women feel beautiful is always a constant.
